Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: April 18, 2026. Your rights and options when cancelling a booking.
1. Overview
Our refund and cancellation policy depends on the airline's fare rules and the type of ticket purchased. As a booking agent, Travelers Partner Online facilitates cancellations and refunds on your behalf, but the final decision rests with the operating airline's policies.
2. Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Tickets
Refundable Tickets
If you purchased a refundable ticket, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time varies by airline and typically takes 7β21 business days.
Non-Refundable Tickets
Non-refundable tickets generally cannot be refunded for cash. However, you may be eligible for:
- A travel credit or airline voucher for future use
- A partial refund of taxes and fees
- Waiver of change fees in exceptional circumstances (bereavement, medical emergency)
All such requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to airline approval.
3. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
In accordance with US Department of Transportation regulations, most tickets booked for travel to or from the United States can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before departure. Contact us immediately at (877) 639-1114 if you need to exercise this right.
4. How to Cancel a Booking
To request a cancellation:
- Call us at (877) 639-1114 β our agents are available 24/7
- Have your booking reference number and passenger details ready
- Our agent will review the fare rules and advise on available options
- If eligible, a refund or credit will be initiated
You may also email us at support@travelerspartner.online with your booking details.
5. Service Fees
Travelers Partner Online may charge a service fee for processing cancellations and refunds on your behalf. This fee is separate from any airline cancellation charges and will be communicated to you before processing is initiated.
6. Airline-Initiated Changes & Cancellations
If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you are generally entitled to a full refund or rebooking at no extra charge. Contact us as soon as you are notified of any airline-initiated changes so we can assist you promptly.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, missed connections, and baggage loss. Ask our agents about travel insurance options when booking.
8. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (pandemics, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government travel bans), refund and cancellation options are subject to airline and government policies at the time. We will do our best to assist you in obtaining the best outcome available.
